About Rafiq

Rafiq is a guide for people living and working in Saudi Arabia. Answers are based on public information about official government services, including Absher, HRSD, Musaned, Qiwa, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa portal, Muqeem, and GOSI. We do not access private government records. Every answer includes its source.

What we keep

- Your name and phone or email, so you can sign in - Your chats, so you can see them later - Your plan, so we know what you can use - Support messages, so we can reply We use your account details only to run the app. Your question is used to write the answer. We do not sell your information.

Iqama, ID, and other sensitive details

Rafiq does not need or ask for your Iqama number, national ID, passport, employer details, or any other sensitive document. Do not type or upload them. If you do, that text is part of your question. Delete that chat in the app. We do not store your card details.

Consent

When you create an account, you agree to this policy in the language you are using: Arabic, English, Bengali, Urdu, or Hindi.

Where data is processed

We use external providers for services outside Saudi Arabia. These include sign-in, translation, and written or spoken answers. They receive only the text or audio needed for that service.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and chats while your account is open. Deleting your account removes them. Support messages may remain so we have a record of the request.

Your rights

You can view your chats, delete a chat, or delete your account in the app. You can also email support@rafiq.ai to ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it.
