1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms, in Arabic, English, Bengali, Urdu, or Hindi, whichever language you are using.

2. Not Official Legal Advice

Rafiq gives general guidance from public information about official government services, including Absher, HRSD, Musaned, Qiwa, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa portal, Muqeem, and GOSI. This is not official legal advice. It is not a decision by any government office. Check important steps on the official website before you act. Every answer includes its source.

3. No Affiliation

Mentioning Absher, HRSD, Musaned, Qiwa, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Muqeem, or GOSI does not mean those bodies operate Rafiq or have approved it.

4. Account Security & Acceptable Use

Keep your login private. Use the app for yourself, and do not misuse it or try to break it. Do not send your Iqama, national ID, passport, or other sensitive details. Rafiq does not need them. If you already sent them, delete that chat.

5. Plans and Prices

Plans and prices are on the plans page.

6. Suspension and Changes

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or pause the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
